School Subscriptions allows schools to pay for and manage multiple users. Administrators will be able to manage the account, handle billing and add or remove users. Each teacher will have their own Cub Club account, with full access to Pevan & Sarah videos, printables and a customisable ‘favourites’ list.

FAQ

How much does it cost? Subscriptions cost $120 per user, per year (the same price as a 2025 annual individual subscription). Billing is managed through a central administrator account. 

My current subscription just rolled over or is about to roll over. Do I have to cancel my subscription to join a school account? No need! We've made migrating from individual accounts to school subscriptions super easy. You can maintain access to your current account until your school's account is set up, and you'll be refunded for any remaining time on your individual account once you migrate. Note: to receive your refund, your individual account's email address must match the email address that your administrator invites you with. If it doesn't, change your individual account's email address before migration.

Can I (a classroom teacher) sign up for a school subscription on behalf of my school? No - the school subscription must be created by someone with financial authority at your school, such as a principal or business manager. Once the account has been created, they can invite you as a User to the school subscription account. How many teachers can be associated with one school account? There is a minimum of two User seats per school account, with no maximum limit.

What payment options are available? Schools have the option of paying instantly with a credit card, or generating an invoice to pay via EFT or credit card (admin fee of $15 for this option).
